研究目的：

在中国，特应性皮炎的患者人数逐年增加。怎样指导患者在日常生活中更好地管理疾病是亟需解决的重要议题。本研究致力于确定关键专家主导的，利用时下最流行的社交软件（微信）对中国成人特应性皮炎患者的社区支持的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The number of patients with Atopic dermatitis is increasing year by year in China. How to guide patients to better carry out disease management in their daily life is an important problem to be solved. This study will determine the effects of key influencer-led educational programs by popular messaging app (WeChat) on the management of Chinese adult patients with atopic dermatitis.

纳入标准：

1)至少年满18岁有资格参加该试验
2)根据Hanifin和Rajka的标准，诊断为特应性皮炎。
3)筛选前至少有3个月的湿疹。
4)能够使用信息传递应用程序（微信）。
5)在参与试验前提供书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1)At least 18 years of age to be eligible for the trial
2)Diagnosis of atopic dermatitis according to Hanifin and Rajka's criteria
3)Have had eczema for at least 3 months prior to screening
4)Ability to use a messaging application (WeChat)
5)Provide written informed consent prior to participation in the trial.

其他需要治疗的急性或慢性疾病或精神疾病。

由统计人员操作电脑用R语言生成随机序列把患者按1:1的比例随机分配，接受关键患者主导的支持或只接受微信的干预，参与者将根据疾病的严重程度（研究者整体评价法Investigator’s Global Assessment score，IGA）进行分层。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients are randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio by a statistician-operated computer using R language to generate a random sequence to receive either key patient-led support or a micro-transmission-only intervention, and participants will be assigned according to severity of disease (Investigator's Global Assessment score,IGA).
