研究目的:

本研究设计三种不同水平训练负荷下跳绳训练方案,比较不同负荷下13~15岁青少年跳绳体能指标的变化,以此来揭示不同体能目的下跳绳训练的适宜负荷。  

Objectives of Study:

In this study, three rope skipping training programs under different levels of training load were designed to compare the changes of rope skipping physical indexes of adolescents aged 13~15 years old under different loads, so as to reveal the appropriate load of rope skipping training under different physical fitness purposes.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

1.可以参与跳绳体能训练干预且无运动测试禁忌证的人群。 2.被试者身体健康状态良好身体健康且没有身体疾病,且下肢附着肌肉无伤病,踝关节的跖屈、背伸、内翻、外翻动作附着的小腿三头肌、踇长屈肌、趾长屈肌、胫骨后肌、腓骨长肌和腓骨短肌等肌肉无任何伤病。 3.同意签署实验知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1.People who can participate in the rope skipping physical training intervention and have no contraindications to exercise testing; 2.The subjects were in good physical health and had no physical diseases, and there were no injuries to the attached muscles of the lower limbs. There were no injuries to the triceps crus, flexor hallucis longus, flexor digitorum longus, posterior tibial muscle, peroneus longus and peroneus brevis muscles attached to the plantar flexion, dorsal extension, varus and valgus of the ankle joint. 3.Agree to sign the informed consent.

排除标准:

1.经过医生处方诊治,确定不能参加运动、体能训练的高危人群。 2.在实验开展过程中违背研究方案者,不能或不愿完成实验研究者。 3.在实验开展过程中出现其它疾病者,以及有可能发生危险而必须采取紧急措施者。 4.主动退出、未完成相关测试者。

Exclusion criteria:

1.After the doctor's prescription diagnosis and treatment, determine the high-risk groups who can not participate in sports and physical training. 2.Those who violate the research protocol in the course of the experiment are unable or unwilling to complete the experiment. 3.Those who develop other diseases during the course of the experiment, and those who are likely to develop risks and need to take emergency measures. 4. Active withdrawal, did not complete the relevant test
