研究目的：

阐明清胰降脂汤在治疗高脂血症性急性胰腺炎时的作用及药效物质  

Objectives of Study：

Elucidate the role and medicinal efficacy substances of the Qingyi Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-80岁之间;
2.符合急性胰腺炎诊断标准;
3.合并高甘油三酯血症;
4.除外其他病因急性胰腺炎;
5.依从性好，病人或家属能够理解研究方案并愿意参与本研究且在研究期间保持目前的生活方式，提供书面知情同意.

Inclusion criteria

1.Age from 18 to 80;
2.Cases that met chinese guidelines of acute pancreatitis;
3.Cases with hypertriglyceridemia;
4.Cases without acute pancreatitis caused by other reasons;
5.Cases with good compliance, patients or family members who understand the study protocol and are willing to participate in the study and maintain their current lifestyle during the study period, and provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.其他原因所导致的急性胰腺炎;
2.慢性胰腺炎或胰腺癌患者;
3.患有严重器质性疾病;
4.既往未使用降脂药物;
5.孕妇或哺乳期妇女;
6.没有签署知情同意书.

Exclusion criteria：

1.Cases with acute pancreatitis caused by other reasons;
2.Chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic cancer patients;
3.Patients with severe organic diseases;
4.Patients who have not used lipid-lowering drugs in the past;
5.Pregnant or lactating women;
6.Patients who have not signed an informed consent form.
