研究目的：

本研究提出具体的深度学习模型方法，分析冠心病患者支架植入术后的冠脉CTA影像资料，随访观察其不良心血管事件发生情况，构建心血管不良事件风险预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a specific deep learning model method was proposed to analyze coronary CTA imaging data of patients with coronary heart disease after stent implantation, follow up and observe the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events, and build a risk prediction model for adverse cardiovascular events.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.既往行冠脉造影明确冠心病并行冠脉支架植入术； 2.行冠脉CTA检查患者.

Inclusion criteria

1. Previous coronary angiography to confirm coronary heart disease and coronary stent implantation; 2. Patients undergoing coronary CTA examination.

排除标准：

1.对含碘对比剂、阿司匹林、抗凝剂或支架有过敏或不良反应史； 2.失代偿性心功能不全； 3.严重心律失常； 4.心源性休克者； 5.活动性出血或出血倾向者； 6.严重 肝、肾功能不全者； 7.呼吸、行为不能自控的患者及恶性肿瘤.

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of allergy or adverse reaction to iodine-containing contrast media, aspirin, anticoagulants or stents; 2. Decompensated cardiac insufficiency; 3. Severe arrhythmia; 4. Patients with cardiogenic shock; 5. Active bleeding or bleeding tendency; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 7. Patients with uncontrollable breathing and behavior and malignant tumors.
