旨在探究韵律哑铃功能锻炼联合远红外线照射对血液透析患者自体动静脉内瘘成熟及并发症的影响，以期为血液透析患者促进AVF的快速成熟和减少并发症提供更佳有效的方案。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim is to explore the effect of rhythmic dumbbell functional exercise combined with far-infrared irradiation on the maturation and complications of autologous arteriovenous fistula in hemodialysis patients, in order to provide a better and effective scheme for promoting the rapid maturation of AVF and reducing complications in hemodialysis patients.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.首次进行AVF成形术； 3.手术部位与方式为上肢前臂腕部的桡动脉与头静脉进行端侧吻合； 4.患者神志清晰，无认知及沟通障碍。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years; 2. First AVF plasty; 3. The surgical site and method are end-to-side anastomosis between the radial artery and the cephalic vein in the wrist of the forearm of the upper limb; 4. The patient is conscious and has no cognitive and communication barriers.

排除标准：

1.有肢体活动障碍，无法配合研究者； 2.合并有严重感染性疾病，心脏病、恶性肿瘤等患者； 3.有听觉障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have physical mobility disorders and are unable to cooperate with the investigator; 2. Patients with serious infectious diseases, heart disease, malignant tumors, etc.; 3. Have hearing impairment.

在常规管理的基础上增加内瘘侧手臂的韵律哑铃功能锻炼：哑铃选择：遵循“内瘘侧手臂避免提取重物”的原则，参考相关文献，选择超过6磅的哑铃（具体规格则根据患者体重级别及握力水平进行匹配）为功能锻炼工具；韵律选择：选择速度为行板（每分钟约66~69拍）节奏感强的音乐，种类为患者自觉舒适的个性化音乐，使锻炼更具韵律感，提高患者的协调性和节奏感；锻炼方法：AVF侧肢体手握哑铃，上臂垂于地面，以肩关节为轴心摆动手臂。时间选择非透析日，每天4次，每次5min，根据音乐节奏，举一拍休一拍，每分钟约33次。
