研究目的：

本研究拟通过队列研究分析四川地区主动健康体检人群糖尿病发病率、糖尿病前期发病率、糖尿病慢性并发症发病率、糖尿病和慢性并发症的危险因素，旨在为我省主动健康体检人群提供相应的健康咨询策略，进而降低我省主动健康体检人群糖尿病的发病率。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to analyze the incidence of diabetes, prediabetes, chronic complications of diabetes, and the risk factors of diabetes and chronic complications among the active health checkup population in Sichuan through a cohort study, aiming to provide corresponding health consultation strategies for the active health checkup population in our province, so as to reduce the incidence of diabetes among the active health checkup population in our province.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)2014-2023每年均在健康管理中心接受健康体检人群；
2)基线年龄≥18岁；
3)基线无糖尿病和糖尿病前期病史且空腹血糖和HbA1c正常。

Inclusion criteria

1) People who receive physical examination in the health management center every year from 2014 to 2023; 2) Baseline age >=18 years; 3) No history of diabetes or prediabetes at baseline and normal fasting blood glucose and HbA1c.

排除标准：

1)严重肝肾疾病（ALT或AST增高3倍，尿蛋白1+及以上，或血肌酐增高2倍）、严重心脑血管疾病（脑卒中、心肌梗死）、免疫性疾病患者；
2)严重精神疾病患者；
3)正在服用糖皮质激素患者；
4)恶性肿瘤患者；
5)妊娠期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with severe liver and kidney diseases (ALT or AST increased by 3 times, urine protein 1+ or above, or blood creatinine increased by 2 times), severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases (stroke, myocardial infarction), and immune diseases;
2) Patients with severe mental illness;
3) Patients who are taking glucocorticoids;
4) Patients with malignant tumors;
5) Pregnant women.
