比较椎体成形术中局部浸润麻醉和不同剂量利多卡因椎体内注射联合麻醉的镇痛效果  

Objectives of Study：

Compare the analgesic effects of local infiltration anaesthesia and different doses of lidocaine combined with anaesthesia during PVP surgery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥55岁； (2)骨密度检查提示骨密度降低（T值＜-1）； (3)术前有腰背部不适伴活动受限，体格检查除伤椎叩击痛外，无明显神经症状； （4）影像资料证实为单节段骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折； （5）术前未服用或使用相关镇痛药物。

Inclusion criteria

(1) age >=55 years; (2) bone mineral density examination revealed that the bone mineral density was reduced (T value < -1); (3) preoperative lumbar and back discomfort with limited movement, physical examination clear except for pain at the injured vertebra when tapped, with no obvious neurological symptoms; (4) confirmation based on imaging data that the fracture was a single-level osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture; (5) no use of any relevant analgesic drugs before surgery.

排除标准：

1.椎体由良/恶性肿瘤所导致的骨折； (2)认知损伤、精神疾病及沟通障碍； （3）严重心肺功能不全、凝血异常； （4）患者长期服用糖皮质激素或非甾体抗炎药等； （5）其他原因不满足条件者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) vertebral fractures caused by benign or malignant tumours; (2) cognitive impairment, mental illness or communication disorders; (3) severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency and abnormal coagulation; (4) long-term use of glucocorticoids or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (5) other reasons preventing the patient from meeting the requirements.
