评估多模态大语言模型（GPT-4V, Gemini-pro, Claude-3）对肺部疾病（原发性肺恶性肿瘤和肺良性病变）患者CT影像的图像分析能力。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluating the image analysis capabilities of multimodal large language models (GPT-4V, Gemini-pro, Claude-3) for CT images of patients with lung diseases (primary lung malignancies and benign lung lesions)

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

恶性肿瘤病变入选标准： (1)男性或女性，30岁≤年龄≤80岁； (2)单次疗程做过胸部螺旋CT平扫+平扫后增强（薄层≤1mm）； (3)病理解剖部位限于各肺叶及肺叶支气管； (4)行纤维支气管镜检查伴肺泡灌洗术/行手术切除/胸腔穿刺活检； (5)病理诊断为原发性肺恶性肿瘤，不限制病理性质； 良性肿瘤病变入选标准： (1)男性或女性，30岁≤年龄≤80岁； (2)单次疗程做过胸部螺旋CT平扫+平扫后增强（薄层≤1mm）； (3)行纤维支气管镜检查伴肺泡灌洗术/行手术切除/胸腔穿刺活检； (4)病理诊断名称包含良性肿瘤/良性增生/孤立性肺结节/炎性肿块/炎性假瘤/炎性增生/肉芽肿； 肺炎纳入标准： （1）男性或女性，30岁≤年龄≤80岁； （2）单次疗程做过胸部螺旋CT平扫+平扫后增强（薄层≤1mm），提示有肺部炎性改变； （3）至少存在一种呼吸道症状（新发/加重咳嗽、咳痰、胸膜炎性胸痛、新发/加重呼吸困难）； （4）至少有一种与感染相符的实验室结果（体温＞38℃/＜35℃，C反应蛋白＞10mg/l，白细胞计数＞10g/l，中性粒细胞百分比＞85%）基础上； 正常肺影像图像： （1）男性或女性，30岁≤年龄≤80岁； （2）单次疗程做过胸部螺旋CT平扫+平扫后增强（薄层≤1mm），提示胸部CT未见明显异常；

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for malignant tumor lesions: (1) Male or female, 30 years <= age <= 80 years; (2) A single session had done chest spiral CT plain + post plain enhancement (thin layer <=1mm); (3) Pathologic-anatomic site was limited to each lung lobe and lobar bronchus; (4) Fiberoptic bronchoscopy with alveolar lavage/procedural resection/thoracentesis biopsy; (5) Pathological diagnosis of primary lung malignancy without limiting the nature of the pathology; Inclusion criteria for benign tumor lesions: (1) Male or female, 30 years <= age <= 80 years; (2) A single session had done chest spiral CT plain + post-plain enhancement (thin layer <=1mm); (3) Performed fiberoptic bronchoscopy with alveolar lavage/performed surgical resection/thoracentesis biopsy; (4) Pathological diagnosis name containing benign tumor/benign hyperplasia/isolated pulmonary nodule/inflammatory mass/inflammatory pseudotumor/inflammatory hyperplasia/granuloma; Inclusion criteria for pneumonia: (1) Male or female, 30 years <= age <= 80 years; (2) A single session had done a spiral CT chest plain + post-plain enhancement (thin layer ≤1mm) suggestive of inflammatory changes in the lungs; (3) Presence of at least one respiratory symptom (new/exacerbated cough, sputum, pleuritic chest pain, new/exacerbated dyspnea); (4) Presence of at least one laboratory finding consistent with infection (temperature >38°C/<35°C, C-reactive protein >10mg/l, white blood cell count >10g/l, percentage of neutrophils >85%) on a baseline basis; Normal lung imaging images: (1) Male or female, 30 years <= age <= 80 years; (2) A single session has been done with chest spiral CT scanning + post-scanning enhancement (thin layer <= 1mm), suggesting no obvious abnormalities in chest CT;

排除标准：

(1)CT检查仅用于行引导下胸腔穿刺，不伴连续图像层面； (2)无薄层CT图像； (3)无病理诊断或病理诊断名称为非原发性肺癌、良性病变等字样； (4)不满足肺炎相关的呼吸道症状、感染相符的实验室结果

Exclusion criteria：

(1) CT examination is used only for performing guided thoracentesis without continuous image layers; (2) No thin-layer CT images; (3) No pathologic diagnosis or pathologic diagnosis name with words such as non-primary lung cancer or benign lesion; (4) Laboratory results consistent with respiratory symptoms and infections associated with pneumonia are not met
