研究目的：

本研究通过收集冠心病患者、牙周炎患者、冠心病伴牙周炎患者及健康志愿者的龈沟液、龈下菌斑、唾液、粪便、血液样本，并对其进行牙周专科及心内科检查，明确临床实际中，动脉粥样硬化与牙周健康之间的关系，并探讨动脉粥样硬化是否与肠道菌群变化有关，以及牙周炎相关肠道菌群的特征。研究结果将有利于揭示口腔-肠道轴在牙周炎促进动脉粥样硬化中的作用，可能发现针对性的干预靶点，同时为牙周炎与全身疾病的关联研究提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we collected gingival sulcus fluid, subgingival plaque, saliva, feces, and blood samples from patients with coronary heart disease, periodontitis, coronary heart disease with periodontitis, and healthy volunteers, and conducted periodontology and cardiology examinations to clarify the relationship between atherosclerosis and periodontal health in clinical practice, and to explore whether atherosclerosis is related to changes in intestinal microbiota, as well as the characteristics of intestinal microbiota related to periodontitis. The results of this study will help to reveal the role of the oral-intestinal axis in the promotion of atherosclerosis by periodontitis, and may find targeted intervention targets, and provide new ideas for the association between periodontitis and systemic diseases.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. CHD患者的纳入标准： 冠状动脉造影显示至少一条主要冠状动脉有＞＝50%的稳定性狭窄或动脉阻塞。 2. 重度牙周炎患者的纳入标准： a. 年龄满18岁；口内存留＞＝20颗牙；因牙周炎失牙＜＝4颗； b. 全口牙中有附着丧失和骨吸收的位点数目＞＝30% c. 患者2 颗及以上患牙具有以下3 项特征：（I）探诊深度＞＝6 mm；（II）邻面最重位点的临床附着丧失＞＝5 mm；（III）影像学牙槽骨吸收至根中1/3及以上； 3. 牙周健康者的纳入标准： a. 年龄满18岁；口内存留＞＝20颗牙；不具有已确诊的系统性疾病； b. 口内卫生状况良好，无牙周病史或症状，探诊袋深＜＝3 mm，探诊出血位点（+）＜＝10%。

Inclusion criteria

1. CHD group: Coronary angiography shows at least one major coronary artery with >= 50% stable stenosis or arterial obstruction 2. Severe periodontitis group: a. Age 18 years and above; At least 20 natural teeth in the oral cavity; Loss of teeth due to periodontitis <= 4 teeth; b. Generalized periodontitis: >30% of sites have bone resorption and attachment loss among all teeth; c. Severe periodontitis: Two or more affected teeth PD >= 6 mm; CAL >=5 mm; RBL exceeds 1/2 of the length of the root. 3.Periodontal healthy group: 1) Age 18 years and above; At least 20 natural teeth in the oral cavity; do not have a confirmed systemic disease; 2) Periodontally healthy: clinical gingival health on an intact periodontium; The depth of the probing pocket is<= 3 mm, and the bleeding site (+) detected is <=10%.

排除标准：

a. 近6个月内接受过牙周治疗； b. 患有其他相关疾病，包括系统性疾病，如糖尿病、免疫缺陷、慢性胃肠病、胃肠道活动异常、心脑血管疾病、肾炎、血液病、类风湿性关节炎等疾病；存在其他严重口腔疾病；妊娠期或哺乳期；体重指数>=30； c. 近6个月内使用抗生素或非甾体类抗炎药，或其他影响炎症反应的药物； d. 使用烟草制品；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Received periodontal treatment in the past 6 months; 2) Suffer from systemic diseases or conditions that affect the gut microbiota, such as chronic gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular diseases, hypertension, nephritis, haematological diseases, immunodeficiency, other serious oral diseases, pregnant or nursing, and obesity (BMI >= 30); 3) Received antibiotic treatment or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or other drugs which affect the inflammation reaction in the past 6 months; 4) Smokers;
