2.1 描述与探究不同衰老程度的人群中，极量运动下血流动力学变化的表现差异及影响因素。 2.2 研究不同种类的身体活动与年龄所致心肺适能和内皮功能下降之间的剂量反应关系。 2.3 探究不同种类的身体活动与生物学年龄和血管年龄之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To characterize and investigate the phenotypes and factors influencing alterations in hemodynamic responses during maximal exercise across different aging domains. 2. To investigate the dose-response association of domain-specific PA and the declines in cardiorespiratory fitness and endothelial function. 3. To investigate the domain-specific associations between PA with biological and vascular aging.

纳入标准：

所有受试者（N=100）在 2003-2005 年期间参与“体力活动与一氧化氮合酶基因多态性对血管功能的影响“的研究。 所有研究对象均为健康志愿者，大部分志愿者为广州冬泳会会员及其家人，均为汉族，年龄在 40 岁至 60 岁之间。无冠心病、脑血管疾病、外周血管疾病、糖尿病、心肌病、慢性心力衰竭病史。 本研究纳入标准包括：（1）在2003-2005年期间参与基线研究的冬泳会会员及其家属；（2）愿意签署本次知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

Males and females participating in the study during 2003-2005 and consent to follow-up will be included. Healthy Swimmers (and family members) aged 40 to 60 years, joining the Guangzhou Winter Swimming Club without medical history of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, peripheral artery disease, diabetes, cardiomyopathy or chronic heart failure were eligible in the original study. The inclusion criteria for this study include: (1) winter swimming club members and their families who participated in the baseline study during 2003-2005; (2) Willing to sign this informed consent.
