研究目的：

评估颞咬肌神经双阻滞技术在治疗咀嚼肌肌筋膜痛型颞下颌关节紊乱病中的疗效，为咀嚼肌肌筋膜痛型颞下颌关节紊乱病的患者提供一种更小治疗痛苦，更好维持治疗效果的治疗方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of the temporo-masseteric nerve block (TMNB)technique in the treatment on myofascial temporomandibular disorders , and to provide patients with a treatment that is less painful and better maintains the therapeutic effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 根据DC/TMD标准诊断为咀嚼肌肌筋膜痛的患者； ② 未接受其他治疗； ③ 同意参与此临床试验并签署知情同意书；

Inclusion criteria

① Patients diagnosed with myofascial temporomandibular disorders according to DC/TMD criteria; ② Not receiving other treatments; ③ Agree to participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form;

排除标准：

① 影像学检查提示关节结构性病变； ② 常规服用慢性止痛药患者； ③ 对局麻药过敏的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

① Imaging tests suggesting structural joint lesions; ② Patients routinely taking chronic painkillers; ③ Patients who are allergic to local anaesthetics;
