本研究将利用患者来源的肺癌肿瘤组织进行肿瘤类器官模型的构建。肿瘤类器官构建成功后将利用高通量、多组学检测技术,在不同射线/剂量免疫联合背景下研究细胞免疫原性死亡的方式及其与免疫治疗协同的作用机制,解析不同亚型晚期非小细胞肺癌放免联合分子机制。 |

Objectives of Study: |
This study will utilize patient-derived lung cancer tumor tissues to construct tumor organoid models. Upon successful construction of the tumor organoids, high-throughput, multi-omics detection techniques will be employed to investigate the mechanisms of immunogenic cell death under different radiation/dose combinations with immunotherapy. The study aims to explore the synergistic mechanisms of radiotherapy and immunotherapy and elucidate the molecular mechanisms of the combination of radiotherapy and immunotherapy in different subtypes of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. |
