研究目的：

本研究将利用患者来源的肺癌肿瘤组织进行肿瘤类器官模型的构建。肿瘤类器官构建成功后将利用高通量、多组学检测技术，在不同射线/剂量免疫联合背景下研究细胞免疫原性死亡的方式及其与免疫治疗协同的作用机制，解析不同亚型晚期非小细胞肺癌放免联合分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will utilize patient-derived lung cancer tumor tissues to construct tumor organoid models. Upon successful construction of the tumor organoids, high-throughput, multi-omics detection techniques will be employed to investigate the mechanisms of immunogenic cell death under different radiation/dose combinations with immunotherapy. The study aims to explore the synergistic mechanisms of radiotherapy and immunotherapy and elucidate the molecular mechanisms of the combination of radiotherapy and immunotherapy in different subtypes of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.

纳入标准：

1.年龄18-80岁（含边界值），性别不限；
2.组织学或细胞学证实为肺癌；
3.根据RECIST v1.1版，至少有一处影像学可测量病灶；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age 18-80 years, no gender restriction;
2.Histologically or cytologically confirmed lung cancer;
3.At least one radiologically measurable lesion according to RECIST version 1.1;

排除标准：

1.首次给药前5年内诊断为肺癌之外的其他恶性疾病；
2.目前已入组或计划参加任何其他临床试验（如干预性研究）；
3.伴有结缔组织病等自身免疫性疾病；
4.长期使用糖皮质激素或免疫抑制药物；
5.已知异体器官移植史和异体造血干细胞移植史；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Diagnosed with a malignancy other than lung cancer within five years prior to the first dose;
2.Currently enrolled or planning to participate in any other clinical trials (e.g., interventional studies);
3.Presence of autoimmune diseases such as connective tissue disorders;
4.Long-term use of corticosteroids or immunosuppressive drugs;
5.Known history of allogeneic organ transplantation or allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation;
