研究目的：

建立全国性的包含3D 影像数据的复杂骨折注册登记平台，利用代表性人群队列、临床数据库及生物样本库，开展复杂性骨折流行病学、疾病特征、智能化诊断分型、力学稳定机制、诊疗新技术研发的工作；集成智能化诊疗关键技术、方案，建立复杂骨折智能化诊治体系，实现规范诊疗，并进行应用示范和成果推广，从而全面提高我国复杂性骨折诊治水平，改善国民健康。  

Objectives of Study：

Establish a nationwide registry platform for complex fractures that includes 3D imaging data. Utilizing representative population cohorts, clinical databases, and biobank samples, the platform will conduct research on the epidemiology of complex fractures, disease characteristics, intelligent diagnostic typing, mechanical stability mechanisms, and the development of new diagnostic and treatment technologies. Integrating key technologies and protocols for intelligent diagnosis and treatment, the platform will establish an intelligent system for the diagnosis and treatment of complex fractures, achieving standardized clinical practice. Additionally, the platform will demonstrate applications and promote achievements, thereby comprehensively improving the level of diagnosis and treatment for complex fractures in our country and enhancing national health.

纳入标准：

1. 建立1个骨折注册登记平台，涉及20个省市以上及30家以上综合医院。 采集医院电子病历系统可及信息，诊断为骨折的患者； 2. 受试者年龄大于18岁，性别不限； 3. 受试者自愿知情并同意加入研究； 4. 受试者自愿坚持完成长期随访

Inclusion criteria

1. Establish a fracture registration platform, involving more than 20 provinces and cities and more than 30 general hospitals. Collect information available in the hospital's electronic medical record system and diagnose patients with fractures; 2. Subjects are older than 18 years old and gender is not limited; 3. Subjects voluntarily informed and agree to join the study; 4. Subjects voluntarily adhere to the completion of long-term follow-up
