研究目的：

构建日间输尿管镜碎石患者的健康教育清单，并拍摄成视频，应用于患者，旨在提高患者的出院准备度，降低并发症发生率和再入院率，提高生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

This research will build a checklist of health education of patients with ureteroscopy lithotripsy,shoot a video ,and will be applied to patients,so as to improve discharge readiness,reduce complication rate and readmission,and improvel life quality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥18岁且≤65岁； 2.首次行日间输尿管镜碎石术，留置双J管的患者； 3.出院后能接受随访或电话联系的患者； 4.能使用智能手机； 5.有阅读理解和语言交流能力，可以独立或在研究人员协助下完成问卷； 6.换着知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age ≥18 years and ≤65 years; 2.Patients undergoing ureteroscopic lithotripsy for the first time with indwelling double J tubes; 3.Patients who are available for follow-up or telephone contact after discharge; 4.Patients with access to smartphones; 5.Those who have reading, comprehension and verbal communication skills and can complete the questionnaire independently or with the assistance of a researcher; 6.Patients gave informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

排除标准：

1.有严重精神疾病或认知功能障碍者，如抑郁、痴呆等； 2.合并严重心、脑、肾疾病或其他恶性疾病者，如心衰、肺气肿、肾移植等； 3.凝血功能异常者； 4.既往输尿管手术史或输尿管狭窄者； 5.合并前列腺增生、膀胱炎、膀胱结核等下尿路症状者； 6.术前感染、术中或术后发生输尿管穿孔、断裂、黏膜撕脱、严重出血及脓毒血症等并发症者； 7.临床资料不全者； 8.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 9.正在参与其他临床研究的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.People with severe mental illness or cognitive dysfunction, such as depression, dementia, etc; 2.Patients with severe heart, brain, kidney disease or other malignant diseases, such as heart failure, emphysema, kidney transplantation, etc; 3.People with abnormal coagulation function; 4.Patients with a history of ureteral surgery or ureteral stenosis; 5.Patients with prostate hyperplasia, cystitis, bladder tuberculosis and other diseases related to lower urinary tract symptoms; 6.Preoperative infection, intraoperative or postoperative ureteral perforation, rupture, mucosal avulsion, severe bleeding (Hb≤90g/L), sepsis and other complications occurred; 7.Patients with incomplete clinical data; 8.Pregnant or lactating women; 9.Clinical trial participants who are participating in other studies.
