研究目的：

评估宁波大学附属康宁医院睡眠医学科住院抑郁症患者OSA的发生率及其危险因素，从而提高临床医生对抑郁症患者发生OSA的识别。根据PSG，分析抑郁症并发睡眠呼吸暂停患者睡眠结构特点。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) in patients with depression atThe Affiliated Kangning Hospital of Ningbo University and analyze the sleep structure characteristics of patients with depression complicated by sleep apnea.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=18岁； 2.符合《国际疾病疾病分类》第10版（ICD-10）的抑郁发作标准； 3.患者至少存在以下一项症状：打鼾、睡眠过程中的呼吸暂停、睡眠紊乱(白天昏睡感、早醒)； 4.完成睡眠呼吸监测。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age>=18 years; 2. Meet the criteria for a depressive episode in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10), 10th edition (ICD-10); 3. The patient has at least one of the following symptoms: snoring, apnea during sleep, sleep disturbance (daytime drowsiness, early awakening); 4. Complete sleep apnea monitoring.

排除标准：

1.合并抑郁症以外的其他精神心理疾病； 2.有物质依赖或滥用； 3.年龄<18岁； 4.伴有严重的躯体疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1.presence of mental disorders other than depression; 2.presence of history of drug abuse; 3.age < 18 years old; 4.presence of uncontrolled heavy physical disease.
