研究目的：

本课题针对透析患者 动静脉瘘（AVF） 狭窄的无创修复方法，利用彩超技术的实时动态监测优势，对析朗镂宝材料结合护理按摩手法进行 AVF 狭窄无创修复治疗方法的监测与评估，深入挖掘该无创修复方法彩超下的血管内膜变化机理并构狭窄无创修复建干预模型，为 AVF 狭窄患者提供一种全新的修复方法。  

Objectives of Study：

This project focuses on the non-invasive repair methods for arteriovenous fistula (AVF) stenosis in dialysis patients. By taking advantage of the real-time dynamic monitoring superiority of color Doppler ultrasound technology, it monitors and evaluates the non-invasive repair treatment method for AVF stenosis that combines the Xilangloubao material with nursing massage techniques. It further explores the mechanism of changes in the vascular intima under color Doppler ultrasound for this non-invasive repair method and constructs an intervention model for non-invasive repair of stenosis, aiming to provide a brand-new repair method for patients with AVF stenosis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准：（1）维持性血液透析依靠 AVF 治疗＞3 个月者，预计生存期＞3 个月以上。（2）内瘘狭窄大于 50%，没有球囊扩张史，泵控血流速＞180ml/min，1、2、4 型狭窄。（3）患者年龄在 20-75 岁之间。（4）有正常沟通交流和阅读能力。（5）患者未存在精神系统疾病或失语症，可与研究人员正常交流。（6）患者及其家属了解本研究内容，签署知情同意书，并自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who have received maintenance hemodialysis relying on arteriovenous fistula (AVF) for more than 3 months and are expected to have a survival period of over 3 months. (2) With arteriovenous fistula stenosis greater than 50%, no history of balloon angioplasty, pump-controlled blood flow velocity greater than 180 ml/min, and having type 1, 2, or 4 stenosis. (3) Patients aged between 20 and 75 years old. (4) Having normal communication and reading abilities. (5) Patients without mental disorders or aphasia and being able to communicate normally with researchers. (6) Patients and their family members understand the content of this study, sign the informed consent form, and voluntarily participate in this study.

排除标准：

排除标准：（1）内瘘狭窄大于 85%和或有球囊扩张史，泵控血流速<180ml/min。（2）3 型中心静脉狭窄。（3）严重认知障碍、语言障碍者，无法正常交流。（4）合并其他严重器质性疾病。（5）患者存在精神系统疾病，且病情较为严重。（6）其他可对本研究结果产生影响的因素。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) Arteriovenous fistula stenosis greater than 85% and/or with a history of balloon angioplasty, and pump-controlled blood flow velocity less than 180 ml/min. (2) Type 3 central venous stenosis. (3) Those with severe cognitive impairment or language impairment who are unable to communicate normally. (4) Complicated by other severe organic diseases. (5) Patients with mental disorders and relatively severe conditions. (6) Other factors that may affect the results of this study.
