研究目的：

1.建立玫瑰痤疮患者肠道菌群分布特征及小分子代谢物组成模型。 2.探讨常见影响肠道菌群的因素（饮食、生活习惯）对菌群分布模型及小代谢物组成的作用，进而揭示其对玫瑰痤疮疾病严重程度的影响。 3.研究双歧杆菌三联活菌对玫瑰痤疮患者临床及肠道微生物的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish the intestinal microbiota distribution characteristics and small molecule metabolite composition model of rosacea patients. 2. To explore the effects of common factors (diet and lifestyle) affecting intestinal microbiota on the distribution model of microbiota and the composition of small metabolites, so as to reveal their influence on the severity of rosacea disease. 3. To study the effects of bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria on clinical and intestinal microorganisms in patients with rosacea.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.诊断符合玫瑰痤疮（根据 2017 年全球 ROSacea 共识，存在以下任意一条即可诊断： 面中部固定红斑，伴有周期性加重的特征性模式；鼻赘改变；存在以下 2-3 条可诊 断：潮红；丘疹和脓疱；毛细血管扩张；眼部症状）。 2.年龄 18 岁至 60 岁。 3.无严重的器质性疾病。 4.患者同意参加本临床试验并签署书面知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diagnosis consistent with rosacea (according to the 2017 Global ROSacea Consensus, diagnosis can be made if any of the following are present: fixed erythema in the middle of the face, with a characteristic pattern of periodic exacerbations; rhinophyma changes; The following 2 to 3 are diagnostic Broken: flushed; papules and pustules; telangiectasia; ocular symptoms). 2. Age 18 to 60 years. 3. No serious organic diseases. 4. Patient agrees to participate in this clinical trial and signs written informed consent.

排除标准：

1.年龄小于 18 岁或大于 60 岁。 2.有精神性疾病及认知障碍者。 3.近4周有服用干扰肠道菌群的药物或制剂(如抗生素、益生菌等)

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age less than 18 years or older than 60 years. 2. Those with mental illness and cognitive impairment. 3. Have taken drugs or preparations that interfere with the intestinal flora (such as antibiotics, probiotics, etc.) in the past 4 weeks
