探讨硬膜外分娩镇痛对产妇中转剖宫产时腰麻后低血压发生率的影响，为优化围产期母婴安全措施提供指导。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the impact of epidural labor analgesia on the incidence of hypotension following spinal anesthesia during cesarean section in parturients, providing guidance for optimizing maternal and infant safety measures during the perinatal period.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

单胎、足月妊娠、美国麻醉医师协会分级（American society of Aneshesiologists ，ASA）Ⅰ～Ⅱ级、麻醉方法为腰麻的符合入组条件的产妇。

Inclusion criteria

Singleton, full-term pregnancy, American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.~II., and the anesthesia method is spinal anesthesia that meets the enrollment conditions.

排除标准：

危急剖宫产、拒绝参加本研究、对局麻药或阿片类药物过敏、存在明显脊柱解剖畸形、不愿接受椎管内穿刺的产妇。

Exclusion criteria：

Maternal patients with emergency cesarean section, refusal to participate in this study, allergy to local anesthetics or opioids, significant spinal anatomical deformities, or unwillingness to accept spinal puncture.
