研究目的：

构建万古霉素导致急性肾损伤（Vancomycin induced acute kidney injury, VI-AKI）的多中心、前瞻性、观察性、临床队列，开展系列探索性研究。 1.基于回顾性研究数据，探索导致VI-AKI发生的影响因素; 2.探索包括万古霉素基因多态性在内的导致VI-AKI发生的影响因素; 3.探索诊断VI-AKI的新型生物标志物。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a multicenter, prospective, observational, clinical cohort of vancomycin induced acute kidney injury (VI-AKI), and to carry out a series of exploratory studies. 1. Based on retrospective study data, explore the influencing factors that lead to the occurrence of VI-AKI; 2. To explore the influencing factors leading to the occurrence of VI-AKI, including vancomycin gene polymorphisms; 3. Explore novel biomarkers for diagnosing VI-AKI.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.使用万古霉素进行抗感染治疗的患者。 2.万古霉素治疗时合并使用复方甘草酸苷制剂。复方甘草酸苷制剂包括甘草酸二胺肠溶片、甘草酸二胺肠溶胶囊、复方甘草酸单铵S注射液、甘草酸苷单铵半胱氨酸氯化钠注射液、复方甘草酸苷胶囊、复方甘草酸苷注射液、异甘草酸镁注射液。 3.万古霉素和复方甘草酸苷制剂同时使用超过48小时。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients on vancomycin for anti-infective therapy. 2. Combined use of compound glycyrrhizin preparations during vancomycin treatment. Compound glycyrrhizin preparations include glycyrrhizinate diamine enteric-coated tablets, glycyrrhizinate diamine enteric-coated capsules, compound monoammonium glycyrrhizinate S injection, glycyrrhizinate monoammonium cysteine sodium chloride injection, compound glycyrrhizin capsules, compound glycyrrhizinate injection, and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection. 3. Vancomycin and compound glycyrrhizin preparations are used simultaneously for more than 48 hours.

排除标准：

1.慢性肾脏病5期或定期接受透析， 2.肾脏移植状态或孤立肾， 3.非静脉内注射万古霉素, 4.血清肌酐（SCr）测定不足。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic kidney disease stage 5 or regular dialysis, 2. Kidney transplant status or solitary kidney, 3. Non-intravenous vancomycin, 4. Insufficient measurement of serum creatinine (SCr).
