研究目的：

本研究纳入了肾移植手术患者作为研究对象，通过电子病历系统收集资料及随访患者信息，包括年龄、性别、术中用药事件、麻醉监测等信息，建肾移植手术患者术后并发症相关数据库，并进行分析探肾移植术后DGF并发症发生率及肾功能恢复情况，以达到提前预测及预防性干预患者，从而减少及避免肾移植术后并发症发生的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients undergoing kidney transplantation were included as subjects. Data and patient information were collected and followed up through the electronic medical record system, including age, gender, intraoperative medication events, anesthesia monitoring and other information. A database related to postoperative complications of patients undergoing kidney transplantation was established, and the incidence of DGF complications and renal function recovery after kidney transplantation were analyzed. In order to achieve the purpose of predicting and preventive intervention in advance, so as to reduce and avoid the complications after kidney transplantation.

纳入标准：

1.在中国医科大学第一附属医院接受肾移植手术的患者； 2.研究对象年龄14～70周岁，性别不限； 3. 接受公民逝世后器官捐献供体的终末期肾脏病患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who underwent kidney transplantation in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University; 2.The age of the study subjects is 14~70 years old, and there is no gender limit; 3.Patients with end-stage renal disease who receive organ donation donors after the death of a citizen;

排除标准：

1.多器官移植的患者； 2.术后1个月内死亡病例；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with multi-organ transplantation; 2.Death within 1 month after surgery;
