研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是评估“掌上良医”临床决策系统在辅助医生进行基于PSI治疗模式的临床决策中的有效性和实用性。具体目标包括： 1、 验证系统在不同疾病类型中的预测准确性。 2、 比较系统与传统诊疗模式在敏感度和特异度上的差异。 3、 评估系统对患者满意度和治疗效果的影响。 4、探索系统在不同医疗科目（内科、外科、儿科、肿瘤科等）中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and practicality of the "Palm Doctor" clinical decision system in assisting physicians in clinical decision making based on the PSI-treatment model. Specific objectives include: 1. Verify the prediction accuracy of the system in different disease types. 2. Compare the differences in sensitivity and specificity between the system and the traditional diagnosis and treatment model. 3. Evaluate the impact of the system on patient satisfaction and treatment effect. 4. Explore the application effect of the system in different medical subjects (internal medicine, surgery, pediatrics, oncology, etc.).

纳入标准：

1.年龄在18-75岁之间； 2.患有明确诊断的疾病，且符合PSI治疗模式的适应症； 3.自愿参与研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Aged between 18 and 75; 2. Have a clearly diagnosed disease and meet the indications of the PSI treatment mode; 3. Participate in the study voluntarily and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

1.患有严重精神疾病或认知障碍； 2.无法提供准确病史信息或无法配合研究者完成随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe mental illness or cognitive impairment; 2. Unable to provide accurate medical history information or to cooperate with investigators to complete follow-up.
