研究目的：

评价再生胰岛组织治疗胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的安全性和有效性。同时了解研究期间患者HbA1c值、空腹及餐后C肽/胰岛素、TIR、TITR及低血糖发生率自基线变化。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and efficacy of regenerated islet tissue in the treatment of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus. Changes in HbA1c, fasting and postprandial C-peptide/insulin, TIR, TITR, and incidence of hypoglycemia from baseline were also studied.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

同时符合1.2.3，并且4-6条中的一条：(1)年龄：14-18岁；(2)糖尿病史大于1年；(3)C肽小于0.1，胰岛素依赖且每日胰岛素总剂量大于30单位; (4)外源性胰岛素强化治疗仍血糖控制不佳（或血糖波动极大、糖化>8% ）；(5)频繁低血糖发作，伴无意识；(6)糖尿病肾病，需接受肾脏移植患者

Inclusion criteria

Comply with 1.2.3, and one of 4-6: (1) Age: 14-18 years; (2) Diabetes history greater than 1 year; (3) C-peptide less than 0.1, insulin dependent and total daily insulin dose greater than 30 units; (4) Exogenous insulin intensive treatment still poor blood sugar control (or blood sugar fluctuation, glycation >8%); (5) Frequent episodes of hypoglycemia accompanied by unconsciousness; (6) Patients with diabetic nephropathy who need to receive kidney transplantation

排除标准：

符合以下任一条目：(1)包括但不限于肺结核、活动性肝炎、人类免疫缺陷（HIV）检测阳性史、梅毒螺旋体抗体（TP）阳性 (2)合并严重的心、肺、脑等重要器官的器质性病变 (3)合并糖尿病严重并发症:包括但不限于肾功能不全、视网膜出血、糖尿病足等 (4)肝功能检查总胆红素、ALT和AST≥2×ULN (5)恶性肿瘤未治疗或治愈后未满1年 (6)严重胃肠功能紊乱、胃肠免疫疾病，不能服用免疫抑制剂 (7)入组前3个月内参加过其他临床试验者 (8)因各种疾病需要长期口服/静脉注射糖皮质激素类药物的患者 (9)研究者判断有明显证据显示患者有严重的、活动性、未控制的内分泌或者自身免疫异常 (10)研究者判断不适合参加试验的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

Meet any of the following: (1) including but not limited to tuberculosis, active hepatitis, human immunodeficiency (HIV) test positive history, treponema syphilis antibody (TP) positive (2) complicated with serious organic diseases of the heart, lung, brain and other vital organs (3) complicated with serious complications of diabetes: including but not limited to renal insufficiency, retinal hemorrhage, diabetic foot, etc (4) Liver function test of total bilirubin, ALT and AST≥2×ULN (5) Malignant tumors were untreated or less than 1 year after cure (6) severe gastrointestinal dysfunction, gastrointestinal immune disease, and could not take immunosuppressants (7) Participants had participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before admission (8) Patients requiring long-term oral/intravenous glucocorticoids for a variety of medical conditions (9) The investigator determined that there was clear evidence of severe, active, uncontrolled endocrine or autoimmune abnormalities in the patient (10) other conditions that the investigator determined were not suitable for participation in the trial
