本研究拟建立适合中国老年?群的围术期多维度风险预测模型，验证其敏感度和特异度，并通过人工智能分析对量表进行优化，以达到持续改进老年手术患者围术期管理质量的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to establish a perioperative multi-dimensional risk prediction model suitable for the Chinese elderly population, verify its sensitivity and specificity, and optimize the scale through artificial intelligence analysis, so as to achieve the purpose of continuous improvement of the quality of perioperative management in elderly surgical patients.

纳入标准：

1.年龄>=65岁； 2.拟接受外科手术患者； 3.同意参加本研究；

Inclusion criteria

1.Age >= 65 years old; 2.Patients scheduled for surgery; 3.Consent to participate in this study;

排除标准：

1.门诊手术；
2.日间手术（预期住院时间小于 48 ?时）；
3.参与其他研究项目；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Outpatient operation; 2.Day surgery (expected length of stay < 48 hours); 3.Participate in other research projects;
