研究目的：

持续提升护理人员PICC并发症管理的知识、态度和能力，降低全院PICC导管并发症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To continuously improve the knowledge, attitude and ability of nursing staff in the management of PICC complications, and reduce the incidence of PICC catheter complications in the hospital.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄≥18岁；
2.患者在研究实施期间住院治疗且留置PICC导管；
3.患者（或照顾者）意识清楚，可进行有效沟通；
4.患者（或家属）自愿参加，已签署知情同意书；
5.护士：在病房为住院患者提供PICC护理的本院在职护士；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients are 18 years of age or older;
2.Patients are hospitalized with an indwelling PICC during the study period;
3.Patients (or caregivers) are aware and can communicate effectively;
4.Patients (or their families) volunteered to participate and signed informed consent;
5.Nurse: An in-service nurse of the hospital who provides PICC care to hospitalized patients in the ward;

排除标准：

1.对各类皮肤消毒剂过敏的患者；
2.PICC置管失败患者；
3.护士：因病假、事假等不在岗的护士以及生产实习、教学实习、进修、专科培训学员等非本院在职护士；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients who are allergic to various skin disinfectants;
2.Patients with failed PICC placement;
3.Nurse: A nurse who is not on duty due to sick leave, personal leave, etc and production practice, teaching practice, advanced study, specialist training and other non-hospital nurses;
