研究目的：

明确脓毒症患者在不同免疫状态下的差异性代谢物及代谢途径；筛选可能参与脓毒症诱导的免疫麻痹的代谢重编程途径；为后续进一步研究脓毒症免疫细胞代谢、发现脓毒症免疫调节治疗新靶点寻找新的突破口。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the differential metabolites and metabolic pathways of patients with sepsis under different immune states, and to screen the metabolic reprogramming pathways that may be involved in sepsis-induced-immunoparalysis, at the same time, to find a new breakthrough for further study of immune cell metabolism in sepsis and finding new targets for immunomodulatory therapy of sepsis.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄＞18 岁； 2.脓毒症Sepsis 3.0定义诊断标准：肯定或者怀疑感染，并存在感染导致的序贯性器官衰竭评分（SOFA）≥2。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged >18 years; 2.Sepsis 3.0 defined diagnostic criteria: positive or suspected infection, and Sequential Organ Failure Score (SOFA) >=2 caused by infection.

排除标准：

1.有恶性肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、造血系统性疾病和免疫缺陷性疾病； 2.半年内使用放、化疗，免疫抑制剂者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are malignant tumors, autoimmune diseases, hematopoietic diseases and immunodeficiency diseases; 2. Those who have used radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunosuppressive agents within six months.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者将原始数据即时、完整、正确地录入数据库，采用双人双机录入。之后对数据库进行两遍比对，电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止损失。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Complete and accurate data will be recorded to the database in time by two researchers with two computers respectively. Researchers then compare to databases twice and electronic data will be conserved and backup.
