研究目的：

1.探究健康人和意识障碍患者的胃排空及胃动力的规律和特点并比较二者差异； 2.观察意识障碍患者进食前后胃运动情况，判断患者误吸风险。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the patterns and characteristics of gastric emptying and gastric motility in healthy people and patients with impaired consciousness and to compare the differences between them; 2. to observe the gastric motility of patients with impaired consciousness before and after eating, and to determine the risk of aspiration in patients.

纳入标准：

意识障碍组: 1.各种脑损伤疾病所导致的DOC，符合植物状态(vegetative state,VS)诊断标准 (认知能力丧失、无意识活动、不能执行命令,能自动睁眼或刺激下睁眼、有睡眠-觉醒周期,不能理解和表达语言,保持基本的生命体征如呼吸、血压等,丘脑下部及脑干功能基本保存)和最小意识状态(minimally conscious state,MCS) 诊断标准(执行简单命令,做手势或者做出是与否的回答、不管准确与否,可以理解和表达语言,可以根据外界环境做出相应的动作和情感的回应)的患者； 2.本次为首次发病； 3.年龄≥18周岁； 4.试验前3天未使用过影响胃肠动力的药物； 5.同意签署本临床研究知情同意书。 健康对照组: 1.身心健康，无慢性疾病； 2.年龄≥18 周岁。

Inclusion criteria

Consciousness impairment group: 1. DOC caused by various brain injury diseases that meet the diagnostic criteria for vegetative state (loss of cognitive ability, no conscious activity, inability to execute commands, ability to open eyes automatically or under stimulation, sleep-wake cycle, inability to comprehend and express language, maintenance of basic vital signs such as respiration, blood pressure, etc., and preservation of basic functions of the subthalamus and the brainstem) and diagnostic criteria for minimally conscious state (executing simple commands, making gestures or responding whether accurately or not, understanding and expressing language, and responding to actions and emotions appropriate to the external environment); patients who Patients with the diagnostic criteria of minimal consciousness (can understand and express language and respond to the external environment by making simple commands, gestures, or yes/no answers, regardless of whether they are accurate or inaccurate, and can respond to the external environment with appropriate actions and emotions); 2.This is the first episode of the disease; 3. Age >= 18 years; 4.Have not used drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility 3 days before the trial; 5.Agreed to sign the informed consent form for this clinical study. Healthy control group: 1. Physically and mentally healthy, without chronic diseases; 2. Age >= 18 years old.

排除标准：

意识障碍组: 1.合并消化道梗阻、出血、胃肠道手术、恶性肿瘤等严重胃肠功能损害者； 2.孕妇和剖宫产术后患者； 3.严重器官功能障碍者； 4.合并严重腹胀、肥胖、腹壁畸形等无法行腹部超声检查者； 5.患者病历资料不完整，无法进行资料收集者。 健康对照组: 1.一周内有消化道症状，如恶心、呕吐、反酸等； 2.一个月内服用药物、保健品者； 3.孕妇和剖宫产术后者； 4.有胃肠道疾病或手术、腹部手术史者。

Exclusion criteria：

Consciousness impairment group: 1. Combined gastrointestinal obstruction, bleeding, gastrointestinal surgery, malignant tumours and other severe gastrointestinal impairment; 2. Pregnant women and patients after caesarean section; 3. People with severe organ dysfunction; 4. Combined with severe abdominal distension, obesity, abdominal wall deformities and other inability to perform abdominal ultrasonography; 5. Patients with incomplete medical records, who are unable to carry out data collection. Healthy control group: 1.Within one week, there are digestive symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, acid reflux, etc; 2. Those who have taken medication or health supplements within one month; 3. Pregnant women and cesarean section, the latter; 4. Individuals with gastrointestinal diseases or a history of surgery or abdominal surgery.
