研究目的：

本回顾性横断面研究主要对衍射型三焦点人工晶体TFNT00植入术后患者的全程视力、离焦曲线、主观满意度及影响视觉效果的主要原因等进行分析，评估TFNT00人工晶体在白内障患者中的应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the overall visual acuity, defocus curve, subjective satisfaction, and main reasons affecting visual effects of patients after implantation of diffractive trifocal intraocular lens TFNT00, and to evaluate the application effect of TFNT00 intraocular lens in cataract patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.行白内障手术并植入TFNT00人工晶体的患者；

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients underwent cataract surgery with TFNT00 intraocular lens implantation.

排除标准：

1.角膜疾病如圆锥角膜、高散光如300度以上或不规则散光，角膜营养不良、变性、瘢痕及斑翳等。 2.晶体脱位、假性剥脱综合征。 3.眼部合并症如葡萄膜炎、青光眼、玻璃体积血、视网膜脱离、视网膜血管阻塞、糖尿病视网膜病变、黄斑水肿等。 4.既往眼外伤史或内眼手术史。 5.系统性疾病有手术禁忌症者，失访。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Corneal diseases such as keratoconus, high astigmatism above 300 degrees or irregular astigmatism, corneal malnutrition, degeneration, scars, and opacities. 2.Lens dislocation, pseudodetachment syndrome. 3.Ocular complications such as uveitis, glaucoma, vitreous hemorrhage, retinal detachment, retinal vascular occlusion, diabetes retinopathy, macular edema, etc. 4.History of previous eye trauma or intraocular surgery. 5.Patients with systemic diseases who have surgical contraindications,missed follow-up.
