研究目的：

1.基于全国多中心建立中国人群的肌肉/脂肪的初步正常参考值范围； 2.对比 BIA/DXA，建立超声评估肌量及脂肪的方法标准及公式； 3.推动建立超声评估肌量/肌少症及肥胖/体脂率的中国及国际专家共识及指南。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish the initial normal reference range of muscle/fat of the Chinese population based on the national multi-center; 2. Compared BIA/DXA, established the method standard and formula of ultrasonic assessment of muscle mass and fat; 3. Promote the establishment of Chinese and international expert consensus and guidelines for ultrasound assessment of muscle mass/sarcopenia and obesity/body fat percentage.

纳入标准：

1. 超声医学科招募的 40 岁以上的志愿者 2. 检查依从性好

Inclusion criteria

1. Volunteers over 40 years of age recruited by the Department of Ultrasound Medicine 2. Good compliance

排除标准：

1. 四肢缺失残疾或检查部位存在手术瘢痕、感染等； 2. 意识障碍、全身情况差、或其它原因无法完成本项研究 3. 安装金属起搏器、冠脉支架等不宜行 BIA 检查 4. 重症肌无力或其它神经肌肉接头疾病，心衰/肾衰伴水肿，甲亢伴低钾周期性麻痹、甲减黏液性水肿、肌肉内脂肪浸润等疾病干扰测定结果 5. 检查依从性差者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Missing limbs, disability or surgical scars, and infections in the examination site; 2. Confusion of consciousness, poor general condition, or other reasons for not being able to complete the study 3. Installation of metal pacemakers, coronary stents, etc., should not perform BIA examination 4. Myasthenia gravis or other neuromuscular junction diseases, heart failure/renal failure with edema, hyperthyroidism with hypokalemic periodic paralysis, hypothyroidous myxedema, and intramuscular fat infiltration interfered with the results 5. Poor compliance
