面部的轮廓美是面部美学的重要组成部分,眼球凹陷由于各种先天或后天原因,往往会对患者造成显著的心理影响。眼球凹陷的临床表现包括单侧或双侧眼眶凹陷、眼周软组织萎缩,以及眶区及周围组织的不对称。随着医疗技术的进步和生活水平的提高,因眼球凹陷或其他相关问题而寻求眼眶整形手术的患者越来越多。 自体脂肪由于其来源丰富、取材方便、填充效果良好且无排异反应,被广泛应用于眼球凹陷等畸形的治疗。在进行眼眶自体脂肪移植术前,准确测定局部组织缺损量是至关重要的一步。这一过程要求医生具备丰富的临床经验,因为眼眶及其周围的解剖结构十分复杂,可能同时伴有组织缺损及其他面部不对称问题。确定手术目标区域的厚度、宽度、形态和解剖结构是诊断和制定手术方案的关键。因此,精确量化眼球凹陷区域的组织缺损,包括体积、形状和位置等信息,是手术成功的关键。 基于医学影像的三维数字成像技术,可以提供精准的手术指导和个性化修复的参考。因此,计划对接受自体脂肪移植术的眼球凹陷患者进行影像数据采集,通过数字化模拟精确量化凹陷区域的组织缺损,为临床医生提供有效的参考依据。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The aesthetic contour of the face is a crucial aspect of facial beauty. Enophthalmos, caused by various congenital or acquired factors, often has a significant psychological impact on patients. Clinical manifestations of enophthalmos include unilateral or bilateral sunken eyes, atrophy of the periorbital soft tissue, and asymmetry of the orbital region and surrounding areas. With advancements in medical technology and improved living standards, the number of patients seeking orbital reconstructive surgery for enophthalmos or related conditions has been steadily increasing. Autologous fat, due to its abundant source, easy accessibility, favorable filling properties, and lack of rejection, is widely used for the treatment of enophthalmos and similar deformities. Accurately determining the volume of local tissue loss before an orbital fat grafting procedure is a crucial step. This process requires significant clinical expertise, as the orbital and peri-orbital anatomy is complex and may involve both tissue deficits and facial asymmetry. Determining the thickness, width, shape, and anatomical structure of the target area is essential for diagnosis and surgical planning. Therefore, precise quantification of the tissue deficit in the enophthalmic region—including volume, shape, and location—is critical to the success of the surgery. Three-dimensional imaging technology based on medical scans can provide accurate surgical guidance and personalized restoration references. Therefore, it is proposed to collect imaging data from patients undergoing autologous fat grafting for enophthalmos and use digital simulations to accurately quantify the tissue deficits in the sunken orbital area, providing valuable reference information for clinical surgeons. |

纳入标准: |
a.因“眼球凹陷”进行自体脂肪移植手术; b.年龄在8-70岁之间; c.有明显的眼球凹陷外观; d.影像学证据支持,如CT或MRI显示眼眶解剖的变化; e.眼球突出度测量显示眼球后缩,具体为测量值低于同龄人的正常范围下限,或与对侧眼球相比差异超过2毫米; f.文化程度小学及以上,能够理解各类问卷调查; g.完成随访过程并有完整的调查资料。 |

Inclusion criteria |
a. Autologous fat grafting surgery due to "sunken eyeball"; b. Age between 8-70 years; c. Have a pronounced sunken appearance of the eyeball; d. Radiographic evidence support, such as CT or MRI showing changes in orbital anatomy; e. Proptosis measurement showing a retroflexion of the globe, specifically as the measurement is below the lower limit of the normal range for peers, or a difference of more than 2 mm compared to the contralateral eyeball; f. Primary school education level or above, able to understand all kinds of questionnaires; g. Complete the follow-up process and have complete investigation data. |

排除标准: |
a. 患者处于急性期疾病:包括眼球凹陷相关的创伤、手术或疾病的急性期,尤其是有水肿存在的情况。 b. 存在其他眼部疾病:包括活动期眼部感染、严重的眼部炎症性疾病或其他可能干扰治疗评估的眼部问题。 c. 系统性疾病影响:长期使用可能影响眼眶组织病理变化的药物(如激素),或存在可能干扰术后恢复的系统性疾病(如未控制的糖尿病、活动期自身免疫性疾病等)。 d. 影像显示眶结构不完整:CT或MRI影像显示眼眶结构因重大缺陷(如严重骨折或肿瘤侵犯)不完整且未经手术修复的情况。 e. 先前治疗历史:曾接受过其他类型的眼球凹陷治疗,其效果可能影响当前研究的评估。 f. 肿瘤性疾病和其他严重躯体疾病:包括有眼眶或颅内肿瘤病史的患者,特别是那些可能影响眼球位置和眼眶容积的情况,以及患有心、脑、肾等严重躯体疾病;面部存在开放性伤口或感染灶的患者;以及术后预期过高的患者。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
a. Patients are in the acute phase of illness: including the acute phase of traumatic, surgical, or disease-related orbital depression, especially in the presence of edema. b. Presence of other ocular diseases: including active ocular infections, severe inflammatory eye diseases, or other ocular issues that may interfere with treatment assessment. c. Systemic disease impact: long-term use of drugs that may affect the pathological changes in orbital tissues (such as steroids), or the presence of systemic diseases (such as uncontrolled diabetes, active autoimmune diseases, etc.) that may interfere with postoperative recovery. d. Imaging shows incomplete orbital structures: CT or MRI images showing incomplete orbital structures due to significant defects (such as severe fractures or tumor invasion) that have not been surgically repaired. e. Previous treatment history: having undergone other types of orbital depression treatments, the effects of which may impact the assessment of the current study. f. Tumor diseases and other severe physical illnesses: including patients with a history of orbital or intracranial tumors, especially those that may affect the position of the eyeball and orbital volume, patients with severe physical illnesses such as heart, brain, kidney diseases; patients with open wounds or infections on the face; and patients with high postoperative expectations. |
