研究目的：

超声引导下热消融治疗甲状腺癌术后转移淋巴结疗效评估  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical outcomes of ultrasound-guided thermal ablation for cervical metastatic lymph node from differentiated thyroid cancer

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者年龄 18～80 岁，性别不限； 2.患者既往因甲状腺癌行手术治疗； 3.颈部淋巴结经穿刺证实为甲状腺癌转移和/或穿刺液 Tg 升高； 4.胸部 CT 检查无肺转移； 5.治疗前后接受超声检查，且图像标准清晰.

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient is aged between 18 and 80 years old, with no gender restrictions 2.Previous history of thyroid surgery because of differentiated thyroid cancer 3.Confirmed of malignancy by biopsy or Tg-fine-needle aspiration 4.No clinical or imaging evidences of distant metastasis on chest CT 5.Patients underwent ultrasound examination all the ultrasound images before and after ablation have high quality

排除标准：

1.淋巴结诊断不明确 2严重凝血机制障碍或出血倾向、严重心肺功能不全 3.患者不能配合 4,对侧喉返神经损伤，喉镜提示声带固定不动

Exclusion criteria：

1.Unclear diagnosis of lymph nodes 2.Coagulation disorder,Serious heart, respiratory, liver, or renal failure 3.Patients cannot tolerant to the prcedure 4.Dysfunction of the vocal cord on the opposite side
