通过在基于患者术前CT制作的3D打印头颅模型及人尸体头颅上进行模拟LefortI型手术,验证基于光学导航的增强现实手术导航在辅助截骨及远心骨段的就位和钛板放置的准确性及易用性  

Objectives of Study:

To verify the accuracy and ease of augmented reality surgical navigation based on optical navigation in assisting osteotomy and distal bone insertion and titanium plate placement by simulating LefortI surgery on the 3D printed head model made based on the patient's preoperative CT and the human cadaveric head

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

2020-2024年广西医科大学口腔医院口腔颌面外科就诊的颌骨骨性错颌畸形患者头颅CT数据。2.患者年龄大于18岁。3.需要进行上颌骨LefortI型手术。4. 广西医科大学基础医学院人体解剖教研室保存上颌骨及牙列完整的尸体头颅。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with skeletal malocclusion in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Hospital of Stomatology, Guangxi Medical University from 2020 to 2024 were selected. 2. The patient is more than 18 years old. 3. LefortI type maxillary surgery is required. 4. The cadaver head with complete maxilla and dentition is preserved in the Department of Human Anatomy, School of Basic Medicine, Guangxi Medical University.

排除标准:

1.拒绝参加本次研究的患者。2.患者年龄小于18岁。3.上颌骨与牙列不完整的尸体头颅

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who refused to participate in this study. 2. The patient is less than 18 years old. 3. Cadaveric skull with incomplete maxilla and dentition
