Objectives of Study：

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

一、非特异颈痛患者： 1.年龄20-60岁； 2.上月平均NRS>=3分； 3.上月平均NDI>=10分； 4.符合非特异性颈部疼痛诊断标准； 5.能配合完成治疗与评估； 6.签署知情同意书。 二、健康受试者： 1.基本情况与非特异颈痛患者匹配； 2.近3月未出现颈部疼痛症状； 3.能配合完成评估； 4.签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Non specific neck pain patients: 1. Age range: 20-60 years old; 2. The average NRS score last month was >= 3 points; 3. The average NDI score last month was >= 10 points; 4. Meet the diagnostic criteria for non-specific neck pain; 5. Able to cooperate in completing treatment and evaluation; 6. Sign the informed consent form. Healthy participants: 1. Basic information matched with non-specific neck pain patients; 2. There have been no symptoms of neck pain in the past three months; 3. Can cooperate to complete the evaluation; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.有明确病因的颈痛（例如外伤、椎间盘源性疼痛伴或不伴有下肢放射痛、神经病理性疼痛等）； 2.存在严重的脊柱疾病（骨折、感染性疾病、强直性脊柱炎、类风湿性关节炎或肿瘤等）或既往有颈部手术病史； 3.存在严重的神经系统、心脑血管系统、免疫代谢系统、精神心理或急慢性皮肤疾病； 4.前庭改变、耳源性或特发性眩晕/头晕； 5.近3月内有局部磁刺激治疗史； 6.存在磁刺激治疗禁忌症（癫痫病史、耳蜗、局部金属植入、心脏植入物、孕期等）； 7.正在使用止痛和/或肌肉松弛药物； 8.局部皮肤存在破损或感觉异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neck pain with a clear cause (such as trauma, discogenic pain with or without lower limb radiating pain, neuropathic pain, etc.); 2. Serious spinal disease (fracture, infectious diseases, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis or tumor) or previous history of neck surgery; 3. There are serious neurological, cardiovascular, immune metabolic, psychological, or acute/chronic skin diseases present; 4. Vestibular changes, otogenic or idiopathic dizziness/vertigo; 5. History of local magnetic stimulation therapy in the past 3 months; 6. There are contraindications for magnetic stimulation therapy (history of epilepsy, cochlear implants, local metal implants, cardiac implants, pregnancy, etc.); 7. Currently using painkillers and/or muscle relaxants; 8. Local skin damage or sensory abnormalities.
