研究目的：

利用心脏磁共振多序列成像技术早期评价乳腺癌患者放射治疗相关心肌受损，并评价放射治疗与药物治疗对心肌损伤的叠加作用。 通过多次磁共振检查进行纵向比较，结合各项临床指标及合并危险因素情况，联合基于人工智能（AI）技术，建立乳腺癌患者蒽环类药物与放射治疗后心肌受损的诊断、疗效评价及预后判断的模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Early evaluation of radiation therapy-related myocardial damage in breast cancer patients using cardiac magnetic resonance multisequence imaging and evaluation of the superimposed effect of radiation therapy and drug therapy on myocardial damage. Longitudinal comparisons were made through multiple magnetic resonance examinations, and combined with various clinical indexes and combined risk factors, a model for diagnosis, efficacy evaluation and prognosis judgment of myocardial damage after anthracycline and radiation therapy in breast cancer patients was established jointly based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）临床确诊的女性乳腺癌患者，后续拟进行放射治疗； 2）依从性好，能够按要求完成研究者。

Inclusion criteria

1)Clinically diagnosed female breast cancer patients with subsequent proposed radiation therapy; 2) Those who are compliant and able to complete the study as required.

排除标准：

1）严重心功能不全、心率失常。严重心功能不全的标准：按照NYHA心功能分级，达到三级及以上标准，即患者有心脏病，以致体力活动明显受限制。休息时无症状，但小于一般体力活动即可引起过度疲劳、心悸、气喘或心绞痛。心率失常的标准：入院心电图显示心律失常或心脏磁共振检查时心律失常导致的心电门控难以识别。2）磁共振检查禁忌症。 3）男性乳腺癌患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe cardiac insufficiency and arrhythmia. Criteria for severe cardiac insufficiency: Grade 3 or above according to NYHA cardiac function classification, i.e., the patient has heart disease such that physical activity is significantly limited. Asymptomatic at rest, but less than normal physical activity can cause excessive fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath or angina. Criteria for arrhythmias: admission electrocardiogram showing arrhythmia or cardiac gating due to arrhythmia difficult to recognize on cardiac magnetic resonance examination. 2) Contraindications to magnetic resonance examination. 3) Male breast cancer patients.
