研究目的：

本研究旨在通过改进肺康复方案，评估围手术期肺康复在肺癌合并中重度COPD患者中的有效性，探讨围手术期肺康复对高危患者手术结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of preoperative pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with lung cancer combined with moderate to severe COPD through the improved pulmonary rehabilitation program, and to explore the influence of preoperative pulmonary rehabilitation on the surgical outcome of high-risk patients .

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

纳入标准如下:(一)通过病史、临床症状、影像学评估和病理结果诊断为肺癌;(二)术前无心律失常、心肌梗死等心脏病史的患者;(三)接受微创肺癌手术(即视频胸腔镜手术，VATS);(四)术前肺功能检查符合中度COPD:FEV1/FVC<70%，50%

Inclusion criteria

The inclusion criteria are as follows: (i) diagnose with lung cancer through medical history, clinical symptoms, radiographic assessment and pathological results; (ii) Patients with no history of heart disease such as arrhythmia or myocardial infarction before surgery;(iii)to undergo minimally invasive lung cancer surgery (namely the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, VATS); (iv) preoperative pulmonary function examination was consistent with moderate COPD:FEV1/FVC<70%,50%

排除标准：

排除标准为:(一)拒绝随机化;(二)未按规定完成肺部康复训练;(三)有严重的认知和精神功能障碍;(四)曾参加过其他试验的;(五)术后诊断为非NSCLC的患者;(六)行全肺切除术。

Exclusion criteria：

The exclusion criteria are as follows: (i)refuse the randomization; (ii) did not complete pulmonary rehabilitation training as required; (iii) with severe cognitive and mental dysfunctions; (iv) participated in other trials previously; (v)patients diagnosed with non-NSCLC after surgery;(vi)underwent total lung resection.
