研究目的：

探讨智能闭环保温系统在全麻腹部手术患者术中低体温发生率预防上的优效性。期望其可以减少人工干预处理，使麻醉医生投入更少的时间及精力关注体温参数来操作相关保温设备，以避免保温不足或保温过度带来的负面影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy of intelligent closed-loop thermal insulation system in preventing the incidence of hypothermia in patients undergoing abdominal surgery under general anesthesia. It is expected to reduce manual intervention, so that anesthesiologists invest less time and energy to pay attention to temperature parameters to operate related insulation equipment, in order to avoid the negative effects of insufficient or excessive insulation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1)年龄≥18岁； 2)拟进行以下全身麻醉腹部手术：胃、肝、胆、胰、脾、肠、肾等手术； 3)美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ～Ⅲ级； 4)预计手术时间≥2h。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age >=18 years old; 2) The following abdominal operations under general anesthesia are proposed: stomach, liver, bile, pancreas, spleen, intestine, kidney, etc.; 3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I ~ III; 4) Estimated operation time >=2h.

排除标准：

1)术前体温＞37.5℃或＜36.0℃； 2)有恶性高热家族史； 3)甲状腺功能亢进或减退； 4)体重指数（BMI）≥28 kg/m2 5)预计术中出血量≥800 ml； 6)患者正在参加其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Preoperative temperature > 37.5℃ or < 36.0℃; 2) Family history of malignant hyperthermia; 3) hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism; 4) Body mass index (BMI) >=28 kg/m2 5) Estimated intraoperative blood loss >=800 ml; 6) The patient is participating in other clinical studies.
