研究目的：

采用虚拟现实技术的四周MBCT，基于神经信号任务态实时闭环神经调控治疗，旨在帮助精神分裂症患者通过觉察和接受当前的经验，减少焦虑、抑郁、敌对等负性情绪问题。  

Objectives of Study：

The four week mindfulness cognitive therapy using virtual reality technology, based on real-time closed-loop neural regulation therapy of neural signal task states, aims to help patients with schizophrenia reduce negative emotional problems such as anxiety, depression, and hostility by perceiving and accepting current experiences.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(a)年龄18-65岁; (b)基于国际疾病分类第十版（ICD-10）诊断标准的精神分裂症诊断; (c)阳性和阴性综合征量表（PANSS）“不合作”评分为1-2分，提示患者能够配合正念治疗; (d)患者健康问卷-9项目（PHQ-9）>=5分，提示患者存在轻度抑郁情绪；或广泛性焦虑症7项量表(GAD-7)>=5分,提示患者存在轻度焦虑情绪; (e)小学以上学历，智力正常，有独立完成量表评估的能力; (f)签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(a) Age 18-65 years; (b) diagnosis of schizophrenia based on the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Diseases, 10th Edition (ICD-10); (c) The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) has a score of 1-2 for "uncooperative", suggesting that the patient is able to cooperate with mindfulness therapy; (d) The Patient Health Questionnaire-9 item (PHQ-9) >=5 points, indicating that the patient has mild depression; or the Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item Scale (GAD-7) >=5, indicating that the patient has mild anxiety; (e) Primary school education or above, normal intelligence, and the ability to complete the scale assessment independently; (f) Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

(a)伴有严重躯体疾病（如眼部疾病）、人格障碍、酒精或药物依赖者; (b)伴有冲动行为、接触不良者; (c)妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(a) Those with serious medical diseases (e.g. eye diseases), personality disorders, alcohol or drug dependence; (b) Those who are accompanied by impulsive behavior and poor contact; (c) pregnant or lactating women.
