研究目的：

（1） 采集 PCOS 患者临床数据（包括中医辩证临床症候 、一般资料 、代谢指标 、IVF-ET 妊娠结局等）； 收取临床标本建立痰湿型 PCOS 临床样本库； 多组学方法分析 PCOS 患者 粪便肠道菌群图谱及变化轨迹；完成糖脂代谢和子宫局部细胞功能相关的肠道微生物组的功 能的相关性分析 。揭示 PCOS 肠道靶菌及菌群代谢对疾病的致病作用； （2）探讨分析苍附导痰汤对 PCOS 患者的疗效评估，并联合微生物组学和代谢组学探究 苍附导痰汤对 PCOS 的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Collect clinical data of PCOS patients (including TCM dialectical clinical symptoms, general information, metabolic indicators, IVF-ET pregnancy outcomes, etc.); Collect clinical specimens and establish a clinical sample bank for phlegm dampness type PCOS; Multi omics methods were used to analyze the fecal gut microbiota profile and trajectory changes in PCOS patients; Conduct a correlation analysis of the gut microbiome function related to glucose and lipid metabolism and local uterine cell function. Revealing the pathogenic role of PCOS intestinal target bacteria and microbiota metabolism in the disease; (2) Explore and analyze the therapeutic effect of Cangfu Daotan Tang on patients with PCOS, and combine microbiology and metabolomics to explore the mechanism of action of Cangfu Daotan Tang on PCOS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄20-40岁； 2）自伦理申请通过-2026年12月本院就诊的患者； 3）有生育需求； 4）根据2003年鹿特丹标准诊断为PCOS； 5）参照《中医妇科学》辨证为痰湿证。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 20-40 years old; 2) Patients who have been admitted to our hospital in December 2026 after the approval of the ethics application; 3) have the need to have children; 4) diagnosis of PCOS according to the 2003 Rotterdam criteria; 5) Refer to the "Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine" for phlegm-dampness syndrome.

排除标准：

1）所有研究对象均无肝肾疾病，无甲状腺、心脑血管疾病，无高血压、糖尿病； 2）近3个月内无使用激素类药物病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1) All study subjects had no liver and kidney diseases, no thyroid, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, no hypertension, and no diabetes; 2) No history of hormone use in the past 3 months.

研究对象分为实验组（痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征患者），按照电脑产生的数字随机分为实验组1，给与苍附导痰汤150ml，早晚各1次口服；实验组2给予二甲双胍0.5g，早晚各1次，口服；对照组为输卵管阻塞或者慢性输卵管炎患者，不给予任何干预措施。

The research subjects were divided into experimental group (patients with phlegm dampness type polycystic ovary syndrome), and randomly divided into experimental group 1 according to computer-generated numbers. They were given 150ml of Cangfu Daotan decoction orally once in the morning and once in the evening; Experimental group 2 was given 0.5g metformin orally, once in the morning and once in the evening; Experimental group 3 did not receive any intervention measures; The control group consisted of patients with tubal obstruction or chronic salpingitis, who were not given any intervention measures.
