研究目的：

本研究旨在结合结直肠癌筛查及其健康管理的现状制定结直肠癌行为干预措施，并通过实用型整群随机对照试验（pRCT）评估不同干预措施对于高危人群参与结肠镜筛查、及时复查、治疗和随访管理依从性的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to develop behavioral interventions for colorectal cancer based on the current status of colorectal cancer screening and health management, and to evaluate the effects of different interventions on the compliance of high-risk populations with colonoscopy screening, timely review, treatment, and follow-up management through a practical cluster-randomized controlled trial (pRCT).

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄在 40-74 岁的社区人群； 2.在本地居住 3 年及以上； 3.无严重器官功能障碍或精神疾患； 4.自愿参加并能接受问卷调查。

Inclusion criteria

1.Community people aged 40-74; 2.Living in the local area for 3 years or more; 3.No serious organ dysfunction or mental disorders; 4.Willing to participate and competent to accept questionnaires.

排除标准：

1.明确诊断为肿瘤患者； 2.患有不能耐受肠镜检查的严重疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have been diagnosed with tumors; 2. People with other serious illnesses that cannot tolerate colonoscopy examnation;

本组高危人群入组后，受试者可凭身份证到相应定点医院预约结肠镜检查及接受后续治疗、随访的告知，无其他干预措施。

通过队列系统平台向医护人员定时推送高危人群名单、早筛未早治人群名单及未按时完成随访人群名单，医生可通过宣教、短信、电话等方式来提醒受试者前往医院完成相应检查和治疗。

本研究采用整群随机化，在山东省内按照经济发展水平分为高、低两个层次，分别随机抽取4个项目县（市、区），共8个项目县（市、区）。采用随机数字表法将其随机分配到干预组或对照组中，以社区/村为单位展开本干预研究。

According to the level of economic development in Shandong Province, the subjects were divided into high and low levels by cluster randomization. Four project counties (cities, districts) were randomly selected and divided into four groups by random number table method. A number of communities/villages were randomly selected from each project county (city, district) using a random number table method.
