研究目的：

比较新型产科用气垫和血管升压药治疗脊麻后低血压的有效性和安全性；以及新型气垫对产妇子宫托举效果的临床观察。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy and safety of new obstetric air cushion and vasopressor in the treatment of hypotension after spinal anesthesia. And the clinical observation of the effect of the new air cushion on the lifting of maternal uterus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

受试者必须满足以下条件：ASA分级Ⅰ-Ⅱ级、单胎、足月妊娠、计划剖宫产、年龄20~40岁、体重50-90kg、身高145-180cm

Inclusion criteria

1. ASA I-II subjects; 2. Aged 20-40 years, weight 50-90kg, height 145-180cm; 3. Term singleton. 4. Elective cesarean section

排除标准：

多胎妊娠、疑似胎儿损害、合并妊娠期高血压（SBP>140或<100）或糖尿病、合并心脑血管疾病、凝血功能障碍、腰麻失败等。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Multiple pregnancy 2.Suspected fetal injury 3.Combined with gestational hypertension or diabetes 4.Complicated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases 5.Coagulation dysfunction 6.Failure of spinal anesthesia
