研究目的：

分析非小细胞肺癌患者新辅助治疗后包括围手术期结果和长期生存结果在内的临床结果，探究新辅助治疗后手术时间间隔对非小细胞肺癌患者临床结果的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to analyze the clinical outcomes of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) following neoadjuvant therapy, encompassing both perioperative and long-term survival outcomes. Additionally, it seeks to investigate the influence of the interval following neoadjuvant therapy on surgical timing and its subsequent effects on clinical outcomes in NSCLC patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18岁； 2.活检病理证实为非小细胞肺癌患者； 3.临床分期Ⅰ-Ⅲ期，无远处器官转移； 4.术前接受完整周期新辅助治疗； 5.接受根治性手术切除。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age greater than 18 years; 2. Biopsy pathologically confirmed non-small cell lung cancer; 3. Clinical stage I-III, no distant organ metastasis; 4. Complete cycle of neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; 5. Radical surgical resection.

排除标准：

1.术前接受放疗； 2.合并其他危及生命的严重器质性疾病； 3.既往接受过肺癌治疗，包括手术、化疗、放疗、靶向治疗或免疫治疗等其他治疗； 4.合并其他恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received radiotherapy before surgery; 2. Complicated with other life-threatening serious organic diseases; 3. Previous lung cancer treatment, including surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy or immunotherapy; 4. Complicated with other malignant tumors.
