研究目的：

本项目利用早期筛查研究认知障碍谱系病（包括轻度认知障碍、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病叠加相关痴呆：帕金森病痴呆、路易体痴呆、多系统萎缩以及睡眠、焦虑、抑郁相关认知障碍等）的体液、神经遗传分子（影像）标记物，开发多维度的神经心理认知-分子-遗传影像检测预警平台系统，建立认知障碍疾病谱系病样本数据模型，开发应用检测系统和诊断试剂盒以服务临床应用，并利用其系统深度学习优化和拓展认知障碍谱系病的临床信息数据库，为疾病超早期诊断、预警、干预、随访、疗效检测提供可靠的检测和预警平台。  

Objectives of Study：

This project early screen and explore the cognitive impairments spectrum diseases，including mild cognitive impairments, Alzheimer's disease, and Parkinson-plus-related dementia: Parkinson's disease dementia, Lewy body with dementia, multiple system atrophy, and sleep, anxiety，depression, etc. Development of the early multi-dimensional neuropsychological cognition-molecular-genetic images detecting and warning system；Establishment of a sample data model of cognitive disorders spectrum disease, development of detection systems and diagnostic kits to serve clinical applications, and use its platform deep learning to optimize and expand the clinical information database of cognitive impairments spectrum diseases, providing a reliable detection and early warning for ultra-early diagnosis, early predicting, intervention, follow-up and efficacy testing of the disease platform.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）男性或女性，年龄≥45岁；（2）认知功能评价: 1)正常对照组:MMSE>27分，MoCA≥26分，ADL＜23分，三项同时成立;2)MCI组:MoCA <26分; ADL＜23分；以上须同时成立;3)痴呆组:MMSE≤24分;MoCA<21分; ADL≥23分，符合痴呆诊断标准。（3）有可靠的照料者可以陪同患者到研究中心完成必要的研究程序；（4）签署知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

(1) male or female, age ≥ 45 years old;
Cognitive function evaluation: 1) normal control group: MMSE > 27, MoCA ≥ 26, ADL < 23; 2) MCI group: MoCA < 26; ADL < 23; above must be established at the same time; 3) AD group: MMSE ≤ 24; MoCA < 21; ADL ≥ 23, which meets the diagnostic criteria of dementia.
there are reliable caregivers who can accompany patients to the research center to complete the necessary research procedures;
(4) sign informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)任何原因导致意识障碍的患者；(2)患有明确脑卒中史，影像学证实有明确血管病变（卒中病灶）；(3)患有严重的失语或肢体残疾或听力、视力障碍不能完成神经心理检查者；(4)精神疾病患者；(5)患者有酒精中毒史和药物成瘾史，或外伤性脑损伤、癫痫、脑炎、正常颅压脑积水和其它神经疾病引起的认知功能损伤；(6)患有可能导致痴呆的其他系统性疾病（如肝肾功能不全、甲状腺功能异常、维生素缺乏）。

Exclusion criteria：

（1）patients with disturbance of consciousness caused by any cause;
（2）patients with definite history of stroke and confirmed angiopathy (stroke focus);
（3） with severe aphasia or limb disability or hearing and vision impairment unable to complete neuropsychological examination;
（4）patients with mental illness;
（5）patients have a history of alcohol poisoning and drug addiction, or cognitive impairment caused by traumatic brain injury, epilepsy, encephalitis, normal intracranial pressure hydrocephalus and other neurological diseases;
（6） systemic diseases that may lead to dementia (such as liver and kidney insufficiency, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin deficiency).
