研究目的：

探索单次网络版CBT-I对传染性疾病环境中所出现的急性失眠的治疗效果以及依从性；失眠障碍改善后情绪的变化；COVID-19疫情下失眠严重程度与情绪的对应关系  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effect of single-shot Internet-delivered cognitive-behavioral therapy for acute insomnia under COVID-19 circumstance; Mood changes after the improvement of insomnia symptoms; The correspondence between the severity of insomnia and mood during COVID-19

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 符合DSM-5失眠障碍诊断标准，但病程持续时间小于3个月；
b. 本次睡眠障碍出现在COVID-19公共卫生一级响应以后（2020年1月25日后）；既往患失眠障碍，两次病程需大于等于3个月；
c. 年龄18-60岁；
d．ISI总分＞7分；
e. 受教育年限为高中及以上。

Inclusion criteria

a. Insomnia diagnosed by DSM-5, but reported a duration of less than 3 months for the current episode;
b. Insomnia happened after the COVID-19 public health first-level response (after January 25, 2020); Patients with insomnia before, the interval between two episodes must be 3 months or more;
c. Age 18-60 years;
d. ISI > 7;
e. Educational background is high school and above.

排除标准：

a. 伴符合DSM-5诊断标准的其他精神障碍者，包括物质使用障碍（尼古丁依赖除外）；
b. 伴符合DSM-5诊断标准的其他睡眠障碍者；
c. 目前服用镇静催眠药物；
d. 妊娠者或计划近3个月妊娠者及哺乳期妇女；
e. 合并重要脏器如心肝肺肾等功能不全或衰竭及脑器质性疾病；
f. 近两周接受CBT-I或服用抗抑郁剂或抗精神病药物；
g. 过去2个月及未来3个月跨2个时区旅行者或倒夜班。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Another mental disorder meets the DSM-5 criteria, including substance use disorders (except for nicotine dependence);
b. Another sleep disorder meets the DSM-5 criteria;
c. Current using hypnotic drugs;
d. Individuals who are pregnant or lactating; Individuals who are plan to become pregnant within 3 months;
e. Individuals with organ failures such as heart, liver, lung, and kidney, and organic diseases of the brain;
f. Accept cognitive-behavioral therapy or taking antidepressants, antipsychotics in the past two weeks;
g. Traveling across 2 time zones in the past 2 months or planning travel in the next 3 months; Shift workers.
