研究目的：

通过多束扫描电镜重构人视网膜神经连接精细结构，解析人类光感受视网膜内的精细神经连接情况，及发育过程中视网膜神经连接结构的变化情况。为功能性分析系统的提供解剖学基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Reconstructing the fine structure of human retinal neural connections through multi-beam scanning electron microscopy to analyze the intricate neural connectivity within the human photoreceptive retina, as well as the changes in retinal neural connection structures during development. This provides the anatomical basis for functional analysis systems.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

病人视网膜组织（因手术进行眼球摘除的病人视网膜组织）。 15周岁，30周岁，50周岁，70周岁左右，以上四个年龄段，每个年龄获取样本至少3个

Inclusion criteria

Retinal tissue from patients (retinal tissue from patients who underwent eye removal surgery). Approximately 15 years old, 30 years old, 50 years old, and 70 years old. At least three samples should be obtained from each of the four age groups.

排除标准：

样本离体时间过长，无法使用，或眼球有创伤无法使用。

Exclusion criteria：

The sample has been out of the body for too long and cannot be used, or the eyeball has trauma and cannot be used.
