研究目的：

了解初产妇的分娩体验的现状，分析导致初产妇消极分娩体验的影响因素，探索分娩体验与初产妇再生育意愿之间的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to understand the current situation of primipara' childbirth experience, to analyze the influencing factors that lead to primipara' negative childbirth experience, and to explore the relationship between childbirth experience and primipara' reproductive Intention.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄>=18岁；②初产妇；③意识正常，理解问卷内容并能正常地表达；④知情同意且自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age>=18 years; (2) primiparous mothers; (3) Be conscious, understand the content of the questionnaire and be able to express it normally; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

①有精神类疾病患病史的妇女；②多胎；③新生儿畸形；④有严重基础疾病的母亲；如严重的心脏病，血液类疾病等；④死胎的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Women with a history of mental illness; (2) multiple births; (3) neonatal malformations; (4) Mothers with serious underlying diseases; Such as severe heart disease, blood diseases, etc.; (4) Women who are stillborn.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究采用现场问卷调查的方式，所有数据均由产妇亲自填写，产妇填写完成后将由两名研究者在EXCEL中将数据导入，核对无误后进行统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The method of on-site questionnaire survey was adopted in this study. All the data were filled in by the mothers themselves. After the completion of the filling, the data were imported into EXCEL by two researchers, and statistical analysis was carried out after verification.
