研究目的：

（一）指导描述性分析广东省严重精神障碍患者管理治疗效果。 （二）探索广东省严重精神障碍患者康复效果的决定因素。 （三）支持建立广东省严重精神障碍患者康复效果预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To guide descriptive analysis of the management and treatment effects of patients with severe mental disorders in Guangdong Province. (2) To explore the determinants of the rehabilitation effect of patients with severe mental disorders in Guangdong Province. (3) Support the establishment of a prediction model for the rehabilitation effect of patients with severe mental disorders in Guangdong Province.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

A：符合 ICD-10 精神分裂症、双相（情感）障碍； B：自愿签署《参加严重精神障碍社区管理治疗服务知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

A: Meet ICD-10 schizophrenia, bipolar (affective) disorder; B: Voluntarily sign the Informed Consent to participate in community Management and Treatment Services for Severe Mental Disorders.

排除标准：

A：分裂情感性障碍、偏执性精神病、癫痫所致精神障碍、精神发育迟滞伴发精神障碍者； B：未签署《参加严重精神障碍社区管理治疗服务知情同意书》者。

Exclusion criteria：

A: Schizoaffective disorder, paranoid psychosis, mental disorders caused by epilepsy, mental retardation accompanied by mental disorders; B: Those who have not signed the informed consent to participate in community management and treatment Services for severe mental disorders.
