研究目的：

了解常年性过敏性结膜炎患儿眼表、睑板腺形态功能及泪液黏蛋白mRNA 的表 达量的影响，并且随访一年，分析经治疗后常年性过敏性结膜炎患儿眼表情况、 睑板腺形态功能及泪液黏蛋白mRNA 的表达量的变化，以便为过敏性结膜炎合并干 眼患儿提供更好的综合治疗及干预措施。  

Objectives of Study：

Understanding the impact of perennial allergic conjunctivitis on the ocular surface, meibomian gland morphology and function, and the expression of tear mucin mRNA in children, and following up for one year to analyze the changes in the ocular surface condition, meibomian gland morphology and function, and the expression of tear mucin mRNA after treatment in children with perennial allergic conjunctivitis, in order to provide better comprehensive treatment and intervention measures for children with allergic conjunctivitis combined with dry eye.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

病例组纳入标准：1）年龄：6～18 岁；2）临床 诊断 PAC，诊断特征包括：主观症状：多季节或几乎常 年眼痒、流泪、眼红、分泌物；客观体征：结膜充血、 水肿，没有乳头增生性变化；3）过敏原皮肤针刺试验 （SPT）：尘螨阳性。 正常对照组纳入标准：1）年龄：6～18 岁；2）3 个月内无眼部活动性炎症；3）3 个月内眼局部未使用任 何药物；4）无口服糖皮质激素等可影响泪液分泌的药物；5）无其他可能影响泪液分泌的系统性疾病（如Graves病、干燥综合征等）；6）无眼部手术史；7）正视眼临床标准：-0.25D～+0.50D；8）无眼外伤病史；9）无角膜接触镜佩戴史；10）无睑内翻或外翻，无泪点位置异常；11）无眼睑相关炎症反应（如睑板腺囊肿及睑缘炎等）；12）过敏原皮肤针刺试验（SPT）：尘螨阴性。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria for the case group: 1. Age: 6 to 18 years old; 2. Clinical diagnosis of PAC, with diagnostic features including: subjective symptoms such as itchy eyes, tearing, eye redness, and discharge occurring in multiple seasons or almost year-round; objective signs include conjunctival hyperemia and edema without papillary hypertrophy changes; 3. Allergen skin prick test (SPT): positive for dust mites. Inclusion criteria for the normal control group: 1. Age: 6 to 18 years old; 2. No active ocular inflammation within the past 3 months; 3. No use of any topical ophthalmic medication within the past 3 months; 4. No oral corticosteroids or other medications that could affect tear secretion; 5. No systemic diseases that could affect tear secretion (such as Graves' disease, Sjogren's syndrome, etc.); 6. No history of eye surgery; 7. Normal vision clinical standard: -0.25D to +0.50D; 8. No history of eye trauma; 9. No history of contact lens wear; 10. No entropion or ectropion, no abnormalities in the position of the puncta; 11. No eyelid-related inflammatory responses (such as meibomian gland cysts and blepharitis, etc.); 12. Allergen skin prick test (SPT): negative for dust mites.

排除标准：

1.眼部疾病：排除其他眼病，如眼部手术史、眼外伤、睑内翻倒睫、眼睑畸形、活跃眼部感染、过去3个月没有局部或口服药物历史。 2.全身疾病：一般情况不好，眼部检查不合作，患有系统性疾病如类风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、Stevens-Johnson Syndrome、肾病综合征等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Eye diseases: Exclusion of other eye conditions, such as history of ocular surgery, eye trauma, entropion with trichiasis, eyelid deformities, active ocular infections, and no history of topical or oral medications in the past 3 months. 2. Systemic diseases: Poor general condition, uncooperative during eye examination, suffering from systemic diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, nephrotic syndrome, etc.
