研究目的：

研究狼疮性肾炎患者的肠道微生态特征与临床症状关系，以此探究调节肠道微生态对狼疮性肾炎的治疗价值；进一步评价应用粪微生态制品移植术治疗狼疮性肾炎的安全性和有效性；初步探讨肠道微生态调控狼疮性肾炎的机制，以此建立该病基于粪微生态制品移植的治疗新方法，为进一步开展高级别循证医学研究提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the relationship between intestinal microecological characteristics and clinical symptoms in patients with lupus nephritis, in order to explore the therapeutic value of regulating intestinal microecology for lupus nephritis; to further evaluate the safety and effectiveness of applying fecal microecology transplantation for the treatment of lupus nephritis.Furthermore,the study initially explore the mechanism of intestinal microecological regulation in patients with lupus nephritis.In this way, a new treatment method based on fecal microecology transplantation for this disease will be established, which will provide a basis for further high-level evidence-based medical research.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-70岁； ②诊断符合2019年欧洲抗风湿病联盟（EULAR）和美国风湿病学会（ACR）联合发布的系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）诊断分类标准； ③肾活检诊断为狼疮性肾炎； ④24小时尿蛋白定量>0.5g； ⑤抗双链DNA≥77IU/mL（ELISA法）或≥20IU/mL（Farr法）或补体C3＜1.4g/L, C4＜0.4g/L； ⑥自愿接受粪微生态制品移植治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Age 18-70 years; Diagnosis in accordance with the diagnostic classification criteria for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) published jointly by the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) and the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) in 2019; Renal biopsy diagnosis of lupus nephritis; 24-hour urine protein quantification >0.5g; Anti-double-stranded DNA >= 77 IU/mL (ELISA) or >= 20 IU/mL (Farr) or complement C3 < 1.4 g/L, C4 < 0.4 g/L; Voluntarily accepting fecal microecological product transplantation therapy.

排除标准：

①存在恶性肿瘤； ②有神经精神病史及酒精滥用史； ③近１周内使用抗生素的患者； ④孕妇及哺乳期妇女； ⑤伴发其他系统严重疾病，如严重肝功能不全、心功能不全等。

Exclusion criteria：

Malignant tumors; History of neuropsychiatric disorders and alcohol abuse; Patients who have used antibiotics within the last 1 week; Pregnant and lactating women; Concomitant serious diseases of other systems, such as severe hepatic insufficiency and cardiac insufficiency.
