The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of an online intensive psychoeducational group intervention based on cognitive-behavioral therapy in preventing social anxiety in college students.

1.中国大学生； 2.因为该研究是一项心理教育的项目，因此只要自愿报名参加，有一定程度社交焦虑困扰的都可以纳入

Inclusion criteria

1. Chinese university students; 2.Because the study was a psychoeducational program, anyone who voluntarily enrolled and had some degree of social anxiety was eligible for inclusion

排除标准：

1.存在自杀意念或危机的情况； 2.正患有某种精神疾病的情况

Exclusion criteria：

1.Situations of suicidal ideation or crisis; 2. In cases of an ongoing mental illness
