研究目的：

为了探究条带缓冲式穿牙槽嵴上颌窦底提升同期种植体植入临床效果的影响因素，本研究对多种影响因素进行系统纳入并初步分析，选择剩余骨高度(residual bone height, RBH)作为主要影响因素进一步分析，将其分为小于或等于4 mm组和大于4 mm组，通过统计学方法评估了RBH与种植体留存率、窦膜穿孔率、种植体窦内和边缘骨吸收之间的相关性。有望指导条带缓冲式穿牙槽嵴上颌窦底提升术的临床应用，为上颌骨萎缩患者提供更多的治疗选择。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influencing factors of clinical outcomes in strip-cushioning transcrestal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement, this study systematically included and preliminarily analyzed multiple influencing factors. The residual bone height (RBH) was selected as the main factor for further analysis, categorized into two groups: RBH <= 4 mm and RBH > 4 mm. Statistical methods were used to assess the correlation between RBH and implant survival rate, sinus membrane perforation rate, as well as implant-related bone resorption in the sinus and at the marginal bone. The findings aim to guide the clinical application of the strip-cushioning transcrestal sinus floor elevation technique and provide more treatment options for patients with maxillary bone atrophy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①进行了条带缓冲式穿牙槽嵴上颌窦底提升术同期种植体植入； ②至少进行三次锥形束计算机体层成像（Cone-beam computed tomography，CBCT），包括术前、术后即刻、术后6个月修复前； ③能收集可靠的完整病例数据和照片。

Inclusion criteria

Performed strip-cushioning transcrestal sinus floor elevation with simultaneous implant placement; Conducted at least three cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) scans, including preoperative, immediately postoperative, and 6 months postoperative; Able to collect reliable and complete case data and photographs.

排除标准：

①可能改变骨和软组织愈合的系统性疾病或用药史，孕妇或小于18岁患者； ②未经治疗上颌窦病变，未经治疗控制的牙周炎； ③曾进行过上颌窦底提升术； ④种植体植入后，超过12个月未进行修复。

Exclusion criteria：

Systemic diseases or medication history that may affect bone and soft tissue healing, pregnant women, or patients under 18 years old; Untreated maxillary sinus pathology, untreated uncontrolled periodontitis; Previous maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery; Implants that have not been restored within 12 months after placement.
