研究目的：

探讨失效模式与效应分析法（简称FMEA法）在结核病定点医院医务人员结核感染风险评估的应用，构建结核病定点医院医务人员结核感染的风险评估体系，前瞻性地对医务人员感染结核存在的风险关键点进行预防，制订针对性的干预策略，规范医务人员结核防控措施管理，从而降低医务人员结核患病率、保障职业安全、减少结核传播，为卫生部门制订结核防控管理方案提供参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the application of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method in the risk assessment of tuberculosis infection for medical staff in tuberculosis designated hospitals, a risk assessment system for tuberculosis infection among medical staff in tuberculosis designated hospitals was established, and the key risk points for medical staff to be infected with tuberculosis were prospectively prevented. Targeted intervention strategies were formulated, and standardized measures were taken to manage medical staff's tuberculosis prevention and control, thereby reducing the incidence of tuberculosis among medical staff, ensuring occupational safety, and reducing the spread of tuberculosis. This provides reference basis for the formulation of tuberculosis prevention and control management plans by the health departments.

纳入标准：

接触结核病患者或其标本的结核科和感染科病区的医务人员 18岁＜年龄＜60岁；

Inclusion criteria

Medical personnel in the tuberculosis unit and infectious unit ward with contact with TB patients or their specimens aged 18 years < age < 60 years;

排除标准：

入职不满3个月； 长期外出下乡、进修、病假、产假或离职、退休的； 院外有明确结核分枝杆菌暴露史的； 不愿意配合本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

Less than 3 months on the job; long-term travel to the countryside, study, sick leave, maternity leave or resignation, retirement; There is a clear history of exposure to mycobacterium tuberculosis outside the hospital; Unwilling to cooperate with the researcher.
